Admission Counselor:

Working Days- 6 days

Timings- 9:30 to 6

Reporting- To the Centre Manager

Function of the Job:

Under the administrative supervision of designated supervisor, advice and counsel students in

relation to programs offered by Orane and ensuring that the customer gets converted into an

admission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Counsel and advise students, individually or in groups, on the various courses offered by our

organization.

2. Develop, coordinate, facilitate, counseling in different ways such as; tele-calling, power point

presentations or face to face counseling.

3. Counsel and advice students in specific curriculum decisions including the choice and scheduling

of courses, selection or change of majors and minors, etc.

4. Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their

parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.

5. Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and

helping them to complete the required documents.

6. Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and

succeed in achieving the performance goals.

7. Review the student applications for the eligibility and academic qualification.

8. Prepare, organize, and maintain appropriate resources, reports and statistical summaries.

9. Supervise staff and students as assigned.

10. Assist with Tele calling responsibilities as assigned.

11. Assist with administrative responsibilities as assigned.

12. Serve on committees and at meetings as assigned.

13. Perform related duties as assigned.
