Key duties include creating and updating product catalogs, preparing and submitting bids (technical and financial), managing invoices, and ensuring all activities comply with GeM policies and government procurement rules.
Key responsibilities
Portal management: Handle end-to-end operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including registering the company, updating details, and ensuring compliance with all policies.
Product and catalog management: Upload, manage, and update product listings with correct details, specifications, images, and pricing to remain competitive.
Tender and bidding:
Participate in various types of bids, such as bunch bid, reverse bid, and custom bid.
Prepare technical and financial bids in compliance with eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.
Follow up on bids and manage payment realization.
Order and invoice management:
Upload invoices on the GeM portal.
Process orders and manage payments from government buyers.
Documentation and compliance:
Upload and freeze all necessary documents, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
Understand and adhere to rules, such as those related to legal metrology for listed products.
Manage vendor assessments and seller profile requirements.
