💼 About the Role:

We are hiring passionate and customer-oriented Tech Support Executives who can deliver excellent Tally support services to clients. The ideal candidate should come from a commerce background, possess sound accounting knowledge, and be capable of handling technical troubleshooting with confidence.

In this role, you will interact directly with clients, assist them in using Tally ERP software, and resolve their technical or operational issues through calls, emails, or remote support. This is a great opportunity to build a stable career in a growing technology support environment.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to Tally users via call, email, and remote sessions.

• Troubleshoot issues related to installation, configuration, and functionality.

• Guide users step-by-step in resolving queries and ensure timely problem resolution.

• Help customers with software updates, patches, and system maintenance.

• Maintain proper records of support tickets and interactions.

• Escalate complex cases to higher-level teams for resolution.

• Conduct basic user training and assistance sessions when required.

• Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and client satisfaction.

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & regional language).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and understanding of accounting basics.

• Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and remote access tools.

• Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
