We are looking for a female Back Office Executive who will handle basic recruitment work along with day-to-day office operations. The candidate should be confident, organized, and have good communication skills.
Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain candidate database and follow up with applicants
Handle data entry, documentation, and reports
Manage emails, calls, and internal communication
Coordinate with HR / management team for hiring and admin tasks
