Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.

• Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice mismatches.

• Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation.

• Coordinate with the finance department for invoice processing and payments.
