Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor relations, and material planning in line with company requirements. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong technical knowledge of mechanical components, and working proficiency with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for mechanical and industrial components.

• Raise purchase orders through ERP software and ensure timely procurement of materials.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Follow up on order confirmations, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and stores departments to align purchase requirements.

• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation for audit and tracking.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement vendor development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 2–3 years in a purchasing or procurement role within a manufacturing or engineering company.

• Software: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or equivalent).

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Good understanding of mechanical components, drawings, and specifications.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ISO standards and procurement best practices.

• Experience in sourcing from domestic and international suppliers.

• Familiarity with import documentation and vendor rating systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
