Position: Purchase Executive

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:-

·         Manage procurement of pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices from approved vendors.

·         Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.

·         Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

·         Ensure timely purchase order generation, follow-up, and inventory replenishment.

·         Coordinate with the inventory, accounts, and quality control teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

·         Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and pricing fluctuations in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

·         Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier communications.

Requirements:-

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing pharmaceuticals or medical devices (mandatory).

·         Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·         Good understanding of pharmaceutical/medical device regulations and supply chain requirements.

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

·         Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
