Job Summary -
The Junior Purchase Executive will support the procurement and sales teams by managing product catalogs, creating professional PowerPoint presentations, coordinating with regular brands and vendors, and maintaining updated product and pricing data.
This role is critical for internal sales enablement, catalog readiness, and smooth order execution in a corporate gifting agency environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Product Catalog & PPT Creation
Create and maintain professional product catalog PPTs for internal sales use
Design multiple PPTs based on different corporate gifting categories (e.g., electronics, apparel, drinkware, hampers, trophies, bags, stationery, etc.)
Ensure PPTs are visually clean, structured, and aligned with company branding
Regularly update product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications
Work closely with senior purchase executives, sales, and Order Processing Team
Take stock verification from multiple vendors & brands and coordinate between Sales Team and Order Processing Team to make sure all product availability and Delivery timelines before the order confirmation from the Client on shortlisted products.
Vendor & Brand Coordination -
Follow up with regular brands and vendors to collect latest product catalogs, images, and price lists
Ensure vendor-shared data is complete, accurate, and updated
Coordinate with vendors for stock availability checks before order confirmation
Maintain a centralized folder/database of vendor catalogs and price lists
Order Data & Cost Sheet Management -
Maintain and update existing order data - Create PPTs of ongoing order products, including images, specifications, and costs
Education -
Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
Key Skills Required -
Excellent PowerPoint skills (layout, alignment, image handling, formatting)
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic costing & data tracking)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Basic understanding of corporate gifting products (training will be provided)
Attention to detail and organized working style
Prior exposure to corporate gifting / promotional merchandise / retail catalogs
