Cloud Unicorn is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Accounts & Operations Executive to support our finance, sales coordination, and operational processes. We are looking for a candidate with strong English communication skills and a solid understanding of accounting and business operations.
Manage all entries in Zoho Books (expenses, payroll, rent, vendor POs, invoices, GST, TDS, etc.)
Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, and PT monthly filings
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Obtain pricing from OEMs/distributors and share with the sales team
Coordinate with sales and tech teams on their daily updates
Create and send customer quotations via Zoho and support the sales funnel
Oversee vendor portals, raise POs, and maintain cost/profit sheets
Manage attendance, payroll support, and logistics for material movement
Coordinate customer payment follow-ups and manage vendor payment forecasting
Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books; good administrative skills
Analytical Ability: Fast learner with strong logical reasoning
Coordination: Excellent team collaboration and process management
Accuracy: High attention to detail in financial and operational tasks
