Position: MACT Manager

We are looking for a dedicated MACT Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) related matters. The candidate should be well-versed in legal procedures, case management, and documentation, with a strong command over digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire MACT claims process: documentation, filing, submissions, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with legal teams, insurance companies, and tribunal authorities

• Maintain digital and physical records of case files, documentation, and hearing dates

• Assist in tribunal hearings and ensure timely case representation

• Prepare case-wise reports and support legal audits

• Draft and handle replies to legal notices and support settlements

• Ensure compliance with deadlines and TAT (Turn-Around-Time) requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in MACT claims/legal/insurance work

• Good understanding of MACT procedures and compliance

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, email communication, and digital documentation

• Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills

• Graduation required (Preference for candidates from Legal/Insurance backgrounds)
