### Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate with the •field sales team•• to ensure targets are met.
• Follow up daily with field executives to monitor progress, performance, and compliance.
• Compile and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports from the field team and present to management.
• Ensure complete and accurate data entry and documentation handling in line with internal policies.
• Liaise with the credit and operations teams to resolve any processing bottlenecks.
Assist in achieving •monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets•• through team coordination.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members to improve performance.

### Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the housing loan industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of housing loan products, documentation, and customer handling.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate effectively with team and clients.
Proven ability to •monitor and report•• on field sales performance.
• Experience in handling backend operations and follow-ups with field sales personnel.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
