Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Operations to join our growing team.
The role involves managing operational data, coordinating project activities, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting multiple departments to achieve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of automation and energy projects.

• Manage and update operational data accurately in internal systems and reports.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as checklists, drawings, data sheets, and progress reports.

• Supervise on-site work and ensure adherence to company standards, safety, and quality guidelines.

• Support planning, resource allocation, and timely material dispatch coordination.

• Track project progress, prepare MIS reports, and communicate regular updates to management.

• Assist with administrative tasks and coordination activities across departments.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

• Identify irregularities or issues in project execution and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

• Generate data summaries and insights to support decision-making processes.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong organizational and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of project tracking/reporting tools.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor coordination.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines.

• Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical drawings and site supervision.

• Exposure to industrial automation, energy projects, or service operations preferred.

Additional Information

• The role involves field/site visits across Delhi NCR as per project requirements.

• Candidates should be comfortable with client coordination and occasional travel.
