Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve KPIs and SLAs.

• Allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure smooth workflow.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

• Track and analyze operational performance metrics.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for process efficiency.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a point of contact for clients/stakeholders regarding operational issues.

• Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

• Prepare and share periodic reports with management and clients.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Monitor and improve operational processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

• Implement best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

5. People Development

• Train and develop team members on processes, tools, and soft skills.

• Manage employee engagement, conflict resolution, and attrition.

• Support succession planning and employee career growth.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate reports on team performance, attendance, and productivity.

• Share weekly/monthly operational reports with management.

• Document SOPs, risk assessments, and improvement plans.
