📢 URGENT REQUIREMENT – OPERATION EXECUTIVE (LOAN DEPARTMENT)

🔹 Position: Operation Executive – Secure & Unsecured Loans

📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Processing loan applications for Secure and Unsecured Loans
  
  

• Verifying documents and ensuring compliance with KYC and regulatory norms
  
  

• Coordinating loan disbursement for BL (Business Loan) and LAP (Loan Against Property)
  
  

• Managing workflow through the middle office
  
  

• Assigning and coordinating tasks with loan closers
  
  

• Maintaining effective coordination with branch staff, lending officers, and credit administrators
  
  

• Ensuring high-quality customer service standards
  
  

• Providing system training and technical support to staff as required
  
  

• Monitoring individual and departmental productivity and reporting performance
  
  

🎓 Qualification:

• Any Graduate
  
  

💼 Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Loan Department
  
  

• Experience in Secure / Unsecured Loans preferred
  
  

📍 Candidate Requirement:

• Local candidate preferred
  
  

• Good communication and coordination skills
  
  

• Basic computer knowledge and understanding of loan processes
