Job Summary

LRDMc Travel India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support sales operations through effective coordination, timely email communication, and liaison with travel agents. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow and act as a key support between the sales team, agents, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with the sales team to support daily sales operations

Handle sales coordination activities including follow-ups, confirmations, and documentation

Respond to emails from agents, clients, and internal teams in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate with travel agents for bookings, queries, confirmations, and updates

Maintain proper records of communication, bookings, and agent interactions

Assist in preparing quotations, itineraries, and sales-related documents

Ensure smooth communication between operations, sales, and agents

Resolve basic operational or coordination issues promptly

Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as required
