We’re hiring a dynamic Operations Executive with a background in Accounts or Finance, who can efficiently manage import/export documentation and handle basic accounting tasks using Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage import/export documentation (invoice, packing list, shipping docs).
Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and logistics teams for smooth shipment handling.
Handle sales & purchase entries, invoice creation, and payment tracking in Zoho Books.
Support in GST, TDS data preparation and basic accounting reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records and assist with audits & compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Finance.
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or accounts.
Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, or any cloud-based accounting software.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with import/export processes, GST, and basic accounting.
