ऑपरेशन एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations / Ticketing Executive to join our travel company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ticketing, reservations, and travel operations, along with good communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations.

• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and clients for bookings and itinerary changes.

• Manage travel operations including hotel bookings, visas, and travel insurance (if required).

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure timely delivery of tickets and travel documents.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.

• Support in preparing quotations and travel itineraries.

• Work collaboratively with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth travel operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

• Completed IATA certification or have 1 to 3 years of experience in ticketing or travel operations.

• Prior experience in a travel agency or tour company is essential.

• Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar).

• Good knowledge of airline fare rules and travel documentation.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
