We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations / Ticketing Executive to join our travel company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ticketing, reservations, and travel operations, along with good communication and customer service skills.
Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations.
Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and clients for bookings and itinerary changes.
Manage travel operations including hotel bookings, visas, and travel insurance (if required).
Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure timely delivery of tickets and travel documents.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
Support in preparing quotations and travel itineraries.
Work collaboratively with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth travel operations.
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Completed IATA certification or have 1 to 3 years of experience in ticketing or travel operations.
Prior experience in a travel agency or tour company is essential.
Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar).
Good knowledge of airline fare rules and travel documentation.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
