Charging Executive Duties:
Monitor and manage the charging schedule for the EV fleet to ensure vehicles are fully charged and ready for deployment.
Operate and maintain charging stations, including troubleshooting minor technical issues and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs.
Inspect vehicles for charging-related faults, battery health, and overall readiness before assigning them to drivers.
Track charging metrics such as energy consumption, charging times, and efficiency to optimize fleet performance and reduce downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during charging processes, including proper handling of high-voltage equipment.
Collaborate with dispatch teams to align charging activities with operational demands.
Cash Handling Executive Duties:
Collect, count, and reconcile daily cash receipts from cab fares, driver settlements, and other transactions.
Prepare accurate cash deposits, maintain detailed records, and ensure timely bank submissions.
Verify cash amounts against digital records (e.g., from app-based payments or fare meters) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Handle petty cash for operational needs, such as minor vehicle supplies or driver reimbursements.
Generate daily financial reports on cash inflows and outflows, flagging any irregularities for management review.
Adhere to company policies on cash security, fraud prevention, and financial audits.
General Duties:
Maintain accurate logs and reports for both charging and cash handling activities using company software/tools.
Assist in inventory management for charging equipment and related supplies.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions on EV technology, financial best practices, and safety standards.
Support ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
