Job description:
We are seeking a highly capable Operations Executive to work closely with the Director and support day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be a strong multitasker, quick learner, highly attentive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while ensuring smooth execution of tasks aligned with the Director’s priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Director-Level Coordination
Work directly with the Director on daily operational and administrative matters
Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of tasks assigned by the Director
Act as a coordination point between the Director and internal teams
Administration & Operations
Handle administrative work including documentation, records, schedules, and reports
Ensure smooth office operations and process coordination
Manage emails, internal communication, and task tracking
Multitasking & Execution
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with accuracy and accountability
Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Support decision-making with timely data, summaries, and insights
Marketing & Business Support
Provide coordination support for marketing and business initiatives
Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendors or teams
Support business operations related to sales, marketing, and growth initiatives
