Operations Executive – Digital Marketing Company
Location: Newtown, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive with prior experience in a digital marketing company. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating between teams, handling HR & admin activities, overseeing client billing processes, and ensuring smooth workflow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & HR Support

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various digital marketing and operational roles.

• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and leave records.

• Assist in salary preparation and coordinate with management for payroll finalization.

• Maintain employee performance records and basic HR support.

2. Billing, Accounts Coordination & Collections

• Prepare client invoices monthly as per project deliverables.

• Follow up with clients for payments and maintain collection reports.

• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment updates and reconciliation.

• Maintain billing accuracy and ensure timely invoicing cycles.

3. Client Reports & Delivery Check

• Verify and ensure all client reports (SEO, social media, ads, CRM, etc.) are accurate before delivery.

• Coordinate with digital marketing teams to collect weekly/monthly reports.

• Maintain a report delivery tracker for internal monitoring.

4. Operations & Office Coordination

• Track daily tasks of teams and ensure timely completion.

• Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administrative responsibilities.

• Manage internal communication and support management in operational decisions.

• Prepare daily/weekly performance and task reports for management review.

5. Workflow & Process Management

• Create and maintain operational SOPs.

• Ensure teams follow deadlines and client schedules.

• Identify gaps and suggest improvements in operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of billing, HR coordination, recruitment, and client communication.

• Good understanding of digital marketing reporting basics (SEO/SMM/Ads).

• Excellent communication, follow-up skills, and time management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
