Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive – Immigration to manage end-to-end immigration case processing. The role involves documentation, coordination with clients and internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of immigration applications in compliance with immigration laws and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end processing of immigration cases
Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per immigration requirements
Prepare and review applications, forms, and supporting documents
Coordinate with clients to resolve documentation gaps and queries
Ensure timely submission of applications and follow-ups with authorities where applicable
Maintain accurate case records and update status in CRM or internal systems
Coordinate with sales counsellors for smooth client handover
Stay updated with immigration rules, policies, and procedural changes
Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations
