We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Executive to support our daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation skills, a good command of Excel, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with multiple departments.

🔸 Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Excel reports, MIS data, and daily production summaries.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Store, QA, QC, and Accounts departments for data entry, documentation, and reporting.

• Maintain confidentiality of company data and ensure proper filing systems (both hard copies & digital).

• Follow up with vendors regarding pending materials and document submissions.

• Support management in preparing monthly production reports, summaries, and other required documents.

• Ensure timely circulation of reports and smooth inter-departmental communication.

• Assist management with routine correspondence, documentation, and administrative tasks.

• Proficient in MS Excel, emails & documentation

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail

• Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks
