Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry / Computer Operator to support various departments by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and managing day-to-day computer-based operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets.
Assist various departments (HR, Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Dispatch etc.) with daily documentation and record-keeping.
Prepare basic reports, letters, and data summaries as required.
Maintain filing systems – both digital and physical.
Handle printing, scanning, and photocopying of official documents.
Support the team in administrative or back-office activities.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all records.
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work with multiple departments.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream preferred).
Basic computer course certification will be an added advantage.
Work Schedule:
Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
