Key Responsibilities

• Data Management and Reporting:

• System and Process Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and performance of MIS tools, including software and hardware.

  • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, software, and networks.

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to gather system requirements and implement tailored solutions.

• Data Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can support business decision-making.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

  • Stay up-to-date with technological and industry trends in information systems and data management.

• Training and Support:

  • Provide technical support and training to staff on how to effectively use MIS tools and systems.

  • Create and maintain documentation for MIS processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA).

  • Experience with database management and a good understanding of SQL.

  • Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages and IT networking concepts is often preferred.
