Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments for management reporting.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
Design and develop dashboards and analytical reports for performance tracking.
Support business operations through data-driven insights and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all MIS reports.
Coordinate with various departments (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) for information gathering and validation.
Generate reports as requested by management.
Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Maintain proper documentation and backup of reports and data sources.
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis using MIS data.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheet (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts).
Knowledge of Google Tools (preferred).
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
