We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at VG4 Spaces to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises , you need to Visit the Jaipur office twice a month for 2 days. company pays for travel. Travelling also will be involved, company will pay for all expenses. ( Delhi / Jaipur ) Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. besides, you nees to send whatsapp to clients pdf catalogs and company introduction. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Send clients and prospective customers pdf catalogs thru whatsapp / email.
create performa / quote and share to clients.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
