About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, critical thinker, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll play a key role in managing the CEO’s time, communication, and strategic priorities, ensuring seamless execution across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, and follow-up action items.
Anticipate needs and proactively manage daily priorities.
2. Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth information flow across teams and departments.
Draft and proofread professional communication, reports, and documents.
3. Project & Strategic Support
Assist with ongoing strategic initiatives and business operations.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare executive summaries or briefing documents.
Track deliverables and deadlines for key projects and follow up with team members.
4. Administrative Oversight
Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
Support event planning, board meetings, and executive offsites.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and office documentation.
