Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day activities including correspondence, scheduling, and communication management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and prepare official letters, emails, and documents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist in proposal preparation, presentations, and reports for business meetings or client submissions.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments; prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
• Coordinate office visits, client meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents.
• Follow up on tasks, projects, and pending actions to ensure timely completion.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the management team.
