Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and timely coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Act as point of contact between MD, employees, clients, and vendors.
Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and meeting minutes.
Ensure urgent matters and inquiries are flagged to MD.
Maintain records per company policies with strict confidentiality.
Support MD in daily tasks to optimize time and efficiency.
Stakeholders
Internal: Sales, Back Office, Accounts, Operations teams.
External: Vendors (stationery, printing, supplies), clients, partners.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate with 2+ years experience as Executive/Personal Assistant or similar.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal/written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain discretion.
