Role Overview:
Seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to manage administrative, communication, and coordination tasks for the Chairman and Secretary, ensuring smooth daily operations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, calls, and information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
Organize meetings and events, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes.
Draft and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Create short posts/reels for social media on events.
Maintain records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
Assist in projects, events, and data compilation; handle calls and WhatsApp communication.
Qualifications:
2–3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional, discreet, and proactive with strong problem-solving ability.
