Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative and coordination support to senior management.
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
Manage emails, calls, and other communications professionally.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange required documents.
Draft and edit reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
