Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management.
Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
Draft and review emails, documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and important documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and pending actions.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and summaries.
Assist with project coordination, research, and data compilation.
Support HR, admin, and operations tasks as required.
Ensure smooth communication and timely flow of information.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Professional, responsible, and well-presented personality.
Experience in working with senior leadership.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
