Administrative Support:

Managing executive calendars and schedules.

Scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.

Organizing files and documents.

Answering phone calls, screening visitors, and managing emails.

Coordination and Communication:

Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Facilitating communication on behalf of the executive.

Ensuring timely distribution of information and follow-up on action items.

Collaborating with other team members.

Project Support:

Assisting with special projects and initiatives.

Conducting research and compiling data for decision-making.

Managing office equipment and supplies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
