Garg Residency is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Mr. Shubham Garg (Founder). The candidate will handle day-to-day operations, manage communication, coordinate schedules, organize travel, and provide strategic and administrative assistance. This role requires discretion, multitasking, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹40000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event planning.
Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage communication on behalf of Mr. Shubham Garg (Founder) . Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring professionalism.
Administrative & Operational Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Project & Task Coordination: Track and follow up on project deliverables and business tasks. Assist with operational coordination and service quality monitoring.
Guest & Client Relations: Interact with clients, guests, and vendors courteously. Ensure smooth experiences for all visitors and stakeholders.
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct: Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Represent Garg Residency’s values in all communications.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
