To take attendance of the HKP staff and security staff on duty at the beginning of the shift
Check their grooming and appearance as per the defined standards
Allocate staff to their respective area of work
Provide the staff with Housekeeping equipment, supplies and cleaning agents
Check cleaning of rooms, corridors and washrooms as per norms
Adhere to weekly / deep cleaning schedules of rooms and public areas
Conduct training of Housekeeping staff as per SOP
Record maintenance work of rooms
Consolidate all maintenance work of the house and seek approval for its repair
Check on the quality of repair after finishing
Coordinate and address issues of residents / nursing staff with regard to upkeep of the
room and public area
Check the cleanliness of washrooms and replenishment of paper supplies at regular
intervals
Supervision of all horticulture activities
Ensure checklists are maintained for the set standards, quality and hygiene
Seek approval of consolidated repair works list of the rooms, public areas & washrooms –
Weekly
Update and advise on repair works
Report any untoward incident to the HOD
Ensure adequate water storage and filling of underground tanks
Maintain supplies of cleaning chemicals, equipment and stationery materials
Ensure stocking and refilling of diesel for DG and its record-keeping
Update Admin Manager on the Electricity consumption every month
Servicing of in-house equipment – Elevator, RO, DG and Electrical equipment (Rooms air
condition/Geysers/Fans etc.)
Ensuring garbage disposal through agencies on daily basis
Monitor and record keeping of Laundry processing internally and externally
Follow-up on all works assigned by Admin
Relieve (Cover-up) for the office staff as and when required
