Strategic Calendar & Time Management
• Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar with a high level of detail.
• Act as a "gatekeeper," prioritizing meeting requests and ensuring the MD's day is optimized for high-level decision-making.
• Coordinate international and domestic travel, including visas, flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
2. Communication & Liaison
• Draft, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Act as the MD's representative in communications with Board Members, clients, and department heads.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of the MD where appropriate.
3. Meeting & Project Support
• Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and supporting documents for all meetings.
• Attend key meetings to take minutes and, more importantly, track and drive action items to completion.
• Oversee special projects or research initiatives as assigned by the MD.
4. Operations & Confidentiality
• Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
• Manage expense reporting and occasional personal logistics to ensure the MD can focus entirely on business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite or Senior Management.
• Tech Savvy: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (especially complex calendaring and PowerPoint/Slides).
• Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills with a "concise but thorough" approach.
• Anticipation: The ability to think three steps ahead (e.g., booking a lunch reservation before being asked because a meeting is running long).
• Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
