Responsibilities-
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents..
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
Maintain records, files, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Support in project coordination, research, and preparation of briefing materials.
Track deadlines, commitments, and ensure timely reminders.
Assist in drafting official communication, emails, and notices.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
