Job Role:
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings on major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms. The role requires strong attention to detail, marketplace knowledge, and the ability to ensure high-quality product content.
Create and upload product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
Write clear, SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
Manage product images, A+ content, and ensure all listings follow platform guidelines.
Update pricing, stock, and product variations regularly.
Monitor listing performance, keywords ranking, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory updates.
Ensure all listings comply with Amazon/Flipkart policies to avoid deactivation.
Troubleshoot listing issues such as suppressions, compliance errors, and category approvals.
Analyze competitor listings and implement improvements.
Maintain accurate product catalog data across all platforms.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce portals.
Strong understanding of SEO for product listings.
Good English writing skills for product content.
Basic understanding of image editing (Photoshop/Canva preferred).
Ability to analyze data and improve listing performance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
