🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, manage, and maintain company records and documentation (sales, purchase, dispatch, and compliance).
• Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and verification.
• Handle data entry, filing (soft & hard copies), and ensure document accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and maintain logs for management.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company documents.
🧠 Requirements:.
• 6 months–2 years of experience in documentation or back-office coordination or background verification.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
