Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operator / Controller to support our
documentation and data management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, organize, and update data in a structured and systematic manner (folders,
trackers, logs).
Manage digital documentation and file control with proper version management.
Ensure accuracy of entries across Excel sheets, cloud drives, and internal systems.
Support in preparing and structuring vessel documentation, certificates, applications,
and quotes.
Track document expiries, deadlines, and maintain timely reminders.
Assist in creating and formatting basic letters, forms, and templates.
Organize and archive files by vessel name, date, or certificate type for easy access.
Regularly review and clean folders to remove duplicates or outdated content.
Maintain confidentiality and consistency in handling company records.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with digital filing systems.
Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication).
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
