About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate – Tagging&Annotation to join our growing data operations team. This role focuses on accurate labellingand annotation of insurance-related documents and datasets,playing a critical part intraining high-performing AI/ML models. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding ofthe insurance domain—terms,workflows, and document types—alongside proven annotationexperience with complex data structures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead data tagging and annotation activities on insurance-related documents,
including but not limited to policies, claims, underwriting forms, and risk assessments.
• Interpret and understand complex insurance terminology, structures, and processes to
ensure high-quality, domain-specific knowledge.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define and refine
annotation guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance and peer reviews of tagging outputs to ensure consistency,
accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
• Train and mentor junior annotators; provide feedback and assist in process
improvements.
• Assist in building a knowledge base for insurance tagging use cases and edge scenarios.
• Work on annotation tools like Labelbox, CVAT, or custom platforms; suggest
improvements based on usage experience.
• Maintain productivity benchmarks and report progress regularly to stakeholders.
