2. Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in the logistics management system. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with tight deadlines while ensuring all documentation and system entries are up to date.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update shipment details, client information, and transaction data into the company system.

• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of logistics and warehouse documents.

• Verify data accuracy before entering it into the system.

• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to confirm delivery and POD (Proof of Delivery) details.

• Generate and share reports as required by management.

• Support daily documentation processes related to logistics and inventory.

• Identify and correct any data entry errors or inconsistencies.

• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.

4. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (any stream).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Prior experience in logistics or warehouse data entry (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

5. Working Hours & Compensation

• Working Hours: As per company policy (typically 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skill).

• Benefits: PF, ESI, and performance-based incentives as applicable.
