Job Objective:
To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the Savali Care Center. The Office Assistant will handle routine tasks, assist patients and their relatives and maintain organized records and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients, visitors, in a polite and professional manner
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital) in an organized manner
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the center's calendar
• Support the billing and payment process under supervision
• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for center-related requirements
• Help in preparing reports, data entry, and maintaining spreadsheets
• Perform basic housekeeping checks for front desk and office cleanliness
• Any other duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (Preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role in healthcare or service industry is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Polite, presentable, and patient-friendly attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
