key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data of all food raw materials (vegetables, fruits, dairy, meats, etc.).
Record daily inward and outward stock details in the system.
Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams to ensure data accuracy.
Track inventory levels and highlight discrepancies or shortages.
Prepare daily/weekly stock and supply reports.
Manage data entry for supplier invoices, purchase orders, and client dispatches.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and quality checks.
Assist in process improvement for data accuracy and efficiency.
Key Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel, Word Documents, and Google Sheets.
Strong knowledge of data entry, bookkeeping, and record management.
Good understanding of inventory and stock data management.
Accuracy and attention to detail in handling large data sets.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
