We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle data entry, clerical tasks and e-commerce product listing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, good English reading/writing ability, and experience (or willingness) to manage and analyse data for our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, manage & maintain data in Excel (including sorting, filtering, data analysis, fetching, research).
Fetch and research data as needed (product details, market data, inventories)
Handle clerical tasks: reading, writing, communicating in English.
List products on e-commerce platforms: uploading product details (titles, descriptions, specs), images, pricing, categorisation.
Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of product/inventory data.
Support data-driven reporting: generate basic reports, track performance metrics.
Coordinate with relevant teams (ops, marketing, e-commerce) to ensure seamless listing and data management.
Required Skills & Experience:
Good command of English (reading and writing).
Strong advanced Excel skills: e.g., sorting/filtering, pivot tables, basic data analysis, v-lookups (demonstrable).
Experience or familiarity with e-commerce listing operations and data entry (desirable).
Very attentive to detail, accurate data entry, good organisational skills.
Ability to manage and handle large volumes of data and repetitive tasks with consistency and maintain data quality.
Comfortable working full-time in office environment including weekends.
