We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a typing speed of 30 WPM or more, strong computer knowledge, and hands-on experience in MS Excel and data entry tasks. You will be responsible for preparing accurate bills, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely data entry for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer bills/invoices accurately and timely

• Enter billing information and data into software systems and Excel spreadsheets

• Verify accuracy of billing data and correct any errors before processing

• Maintain and update billing records and documents

• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for invoice approvals and dispatch

• Respond to billing queries and provide support as required

• Prepare and share reports related to billing, collections, and pending dues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM)

• Proficient in MS Excel and general computer applications

• Good knowledge of data entry and record management

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

• Prior experience in billing or data entry roles is a plus
