Job Description
Department: MIS / Sales Support
Location: Ajmeri Gate, Delhi
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director
To support the sales and support team by managing data, generating reports, maintaining CRM records, and preparing quotations. This role involves backend coordination on behalf of the team to ensure accurate reporting, efficient follow-ups, and structured data flow.
Prepare and share accurate quotations on behalf of the sales/support team.
Maintain and update a quotation tracker with total, pending, and status-wise entries (open/approved/rejected).
Follow up regularly with respective team members to ensure no quotation is left unattended.
Share weekly quotation reports with the management.
Allocate incoming/buying leads in the CRM system to Tanya, Pankaj, Alka, and Tanzeela based on category, location, or priority.
Ensure accurate classification (buying vs inquiry) and avoid duplication.
Track lead follow-up status on behalf of the sales team and update CRM accordingly.
Maintain internal databases and update CRM entries regularly.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and platforms.
Store and organize sales and marketing data efficiently.
Collect daily reports from Sale Team
Compile data including number of new/old clients, business value, follow-ups, and quotations shared.
Prepare and share consolidated daily/weekly reports with management.
Act as a central support point between sales/support team and management.
Handle backend follow-ups, data requests, and status updates on behalf of the team.
Support internal communication and timely task completion.
Advanced Excel Skills including:
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Charts & Dashboards
Logical Formulas (IF, AND, OR, etc.)
Graduate in any discipline (BCA)
1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data/CRM-related roles
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
