Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Showroom {SHIVANI JEWELLERS }

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage and maintain accurate records in our jewellery showroom. The role involves entering sales, inventory, and customer data into the system while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter daily sales, purchase, and inventory data into the computer system

Maintain accurate records of jewellery stock (gold, silver, diamonds, etc.)

Update customer details and billing information

Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors

Prepare basic reports as required by management

Coordinate with showroom staff for data verification

Maintain files, records, and documentation properly

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, billing software)

Good typing speed and attention to detail

Basic understanding of numbers and records

Ability to work carefully with confidential information

Prior experience in data entry or retail/showroom work is a plus
