*Salary - Upto 25000 Per month*

*Education* - Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred for fee-related roles).

*Experience* : 2 to 3 years of clerical/administrative experience - (school/educational institution experience is an added advantage).

*Key Responsibilities* :

- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for students, staff, and school operations.

- Assist in preparing reports, letters, circulars, and other official documents.

- Support fee collection, admission records, and related clerical work.

- Handle data entry tasks and update school ERP systems as required.

- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining registers, and supporting the admin/HR team.

- Respond to basic parent or staff queries and direct them to the appropriate department.

- Manage photocopying, scanning, filing, and other routine office tasks.

- Support in examination-related clerical work (attendance sheets, hall tickets, etc.).

*Skillsets* :

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with staff and parents.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.

- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

*Age Criteria - Between 25 to 40 Years*

*Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)*
