We are looking for a Sales Executives to join our team HBD Financial Bank Limited . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and prospects of growth.

Role: Sales Executive

Salary: CTC - 14371 Monthly + lucrative Incentive .

Job Description:

• The Sales Executive will work very closely with the Team Leader / Sales Manager / Branch.

• To source Business Asset Products from the Branch Customer base / HNW of the Branch / Open Market.

• Visiting the Allocated Branch on a daily basis and meet the Branch staff for the Lead generation and update the Lead tracker register on a daily basis.

• Ensure all documents are checked in Originals, including KYC. Sign OSV on checking the originals only.

• Visit the customer's residence / office to pick up the documents as per policy requirement and submit the file / application.

• Submission of Daily Sales report.

• Achieve the defined Targets.

• Responsible for collecting the Pre and Post sanction documents.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification: Graduate and Experience Range 0-1 years. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
